Terms of Service
Last updated: December 14, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LogicLoom Systems website and any services you purchase or request. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Services
LogicLoom Systems provides consulting and implementation services for AI agents, automations, workflow architecture, and related technical work. Any deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in writing (e.g., proposal, statement of work, or documented agreement).
No guarantees
We do our best to design reliable systems and provide recommendations based on experience and information you provide. However, results vary by business and environment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, savings, revenue, uptime, or performance.
Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights/permissions to connect any systems, data, or accounts.
- You agree to provide accurate information needed to complete work.
- You are responsible for decisions made using outputs produced by tools, agents, or automations.
Third-party services
Our site and services may involve third-party platforms (for example: Formspree for forms, Cal.com for scheduling, and Stripe for payments via Cal.com). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or failures.
Payments & refunds
Paid sessions (if applicable) are purchased through Cal.com checkout (Stripe-powered). Refunds, rescheduling, and cancellation policies may be governed by the booking settings shown at checkout and Cal.com’s policies.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at getinfo@logicloomsystems.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of pre-existing templates, tooling, and reusable components we bring to projects. You own your business data and content. Custom deliverables may be licensed or transferred as described in your written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicLoom Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
