Don't just take our word for it.
We build systems that pay for themselves. Here is the impact on real businesses.
"Our old process was a mess of spreadsheets and missed calls. LogicLoom came in, audited our workflow, and built a system that feels like magic. Professional, fast, and robust."
"We were drowning in Zillow leads. LogicLoom built an agent that qualifies them instantly. We've doubled our showing rate in 30 days."
"The automated intake forms sync directly to Clio. No more data entry errors. My paralegals are actually doing legal work now."
The LogicLoom Protocol
A rigorous engineering approach to business process automation.
Map & Measure
We audit your manual workflows step-by-step. We don't just ask "what do you do?"—we ask "why?" and identify where data breaks.
Architect & Build
I build your agents using n8n and code. We implement error handling, logging, and fallback paths so your business doesn't crash on a bad API call.
Deploy & Transfer
We deploy to your private server or cloud. You get full documentation and ownership of the source code. No vendor lock-in.

Hi, I'm the Lead Systems Architect at LogicLoom.
When you hire an agency, you usually get a salesperson who passes your project off to a junior developer. That is not how I operate.
I founded LogicLoom in New Jersey with a simple philosophy: Software should be an asset, not a subscription. I don't just "set up tools"—I architect workflows that run your business autonomously, with the same rigorous error handling I use for enterprise clients.
I personally oversee every architecture we deploy. No outsourcing, no black boxes, just clean, reliable code that works while you sleep.

Common Questions
Everything you need to know about the process and ownership.
Do I own the automations you build?
Yes, 100%. Unlike other agencies that "rent" you their software, we build assets for you. Once the invoice is paid, you own the n8n workflows, the code, and the documentation. We simply transfer the keys to you.
What happens if an API changes or something breaks?
Software evolves, and APIs update. This is why we recommend the Partner Plan. It acts as an insurance policy where we monitor uptime and fix any API breaks immediately. If you choose not to subscribe, we offer ad-hoc fixes at our standard hourly rate.
Are there ongoing costs besides your fee?
We believe in transparency. You will pay for your own server/hosting costs (usually ~$20-$50/month for a robust n8n setup) and any API usage fees for paid tools (like OpenAI or specialized CRMs). We help you set these up on your own credit card so you retain full control.
How long does a "Sprint" usually take?
Most Sprints are completed within 5-7 business days from our kickoff call. We spend the first 2 days mapping and testing, and the remainder building and refining. Complex integrations may vary, which we will identify during the audit phase.
