How The Logic Works
We built a real-time bridge using Webhooks. The moment a user hits “Submit,” a bell rings in the sales office.
- Catch Hook: n8n listens for the Typeform
form_submitevent. It parses the JSON payload to find the email, name, and budget. - Slack Alert: We format a rich “Block Kit” card for Slack. It pings the
#sales-leadschannel with a dedicated “Claim Lead” button. - CRM Sync: Simultaneously, the lead is created in HubSpot. If they are a repeat lead, the system appends a note instead of creating a duplicate.
- Assignment: When a rep clicks “Claim,” the system updates the CRM owner field instantly.
