How The Logic Works

This is an Event-Driven Dispatcher. It doesn’t “check” for leads; it reacts to them in milliseconds.

Ingest: We catch the raw lead payload from Facebook Ads or your Website.
Route: We query the Google Maps Distance Matrix API to find which estimator is actually closest (driving time), not just linearly closest.
Dispatch: The system texts the winner: “New Lead 8 mins away. Reply CLAIM.”
Escalate: If they don’t reply in 90 seconds, the system automatically offers the lead to the next closest driver.
